Join a panel discussion and walking tour, and hear from municipal, economic development, developer, and financial experts on how to best utilize tax credits, creatively finance your projects, attract interest, and get unused or underutilized commercial and residential buildings back in action.

Workshop will be held at the Lewiston Public Library.

Featuring Maine leaders and Eric Kronberg of Kronberg Wall, a full-service design, architecture, and construction administration firm specializing in in-town commercial redevelopment projects.
